Prime Video announces the start date for the fourth and final season of Upload

Prime Video has announced when the fourth and final season of the science fiction comedy series Upload will premiere. The final season of Upload centers on the threat of a malicious, self-evolving AI. This AI threatens not only to destroy the virtual heaven of Lakeview, but also the real world. Beyond this danger, the characters must contend with greedy corporate executives, unsolved mysteries, and emotional challenges, both in virtual reality and in real life. The only way to save humanity from digital destruction is to work together one last time.

Upload was created by Emmy Award-winning actor Greg Daniels, known for his roles in The Office, Parks and Recreation, and King of the Hill. The series is set in a technologically advanced future where holographic phones, self-driving vehicles, AI assistants, and 3D food printers are the norm.

In this world, no one truly has to die: people can choose to "upload" their consciousness to a luxurious virtual afterlife—provided they can afford it.

The series stars Robbie Amell as Nathan, Andy Allo as Nora, Kevin Bigley as Luke, Allegra Edwards as Ingrid, Zainab Johnson as Aleesha, and Owen Daniels as the A.I. Guy.

The final chapter of Upload will be available to stream starting Monday, August 25th, and will consist of four episodes, all released simultaneously in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
