Prime Video unveils first-look photos for The Boys spinoff Vought Rising

Prime Video has released the first look at the costumes for Vought Rising, the upcoming prequel to the superhero series The Boys.

Vought Rising, a twist-filled murder mystery set in the 1950s, focuses on the origins of Vought, the early adventures of Soldier Boy, and the Machiavellian agenda of a young Stormfront, then known as Clara Vought.

The cast includes Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, Mason Dye as Bombsight, Will Hochman as Torpedo, and Elizabeth Posey as Private Angel. Aya Cash also returns as Stormfront, and KiKi Layne, Jorden Myrie, Nicolo Pasetti, Ricky Staffieri, and Brian J. Smith also play key roles.

Paul Grellong (The Boys) serves as showrunner and executive producer, while Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Ori Marmur, Pavun Shetty, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Michaela Starr, and Jim Barnes also serve as executive producers.

Aya Cash and Jensen Ackles are also producers. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, in association with Kripke Enterprises, Point Grey Pictures, and Original Film.

The first images show a series of retro supersuits that evoke the dark, propagandistic Vought image of the 1950s.
