When Calls the Heart follows a refined schoolteacher in the early 1900s named Elizabeth who leaves her comfortable world in the city for a new life in a frontier town. In season 12, love blossomed between Elizabeth (Krakow) and Mountie Nathan Grant (McGarry) as they embraced the joys of a new romance.
The new season will debut on Hallmark Channel in 2026 and will stream the following day on Hallmark+, where all seasons are currently available.
