Zodiaque

Zodiac (2004) is a French crime series which aired on TF1. The serie premiered on 28 June 2004.

Gabriel Saint-André, the patriarch of a wealthy family in the south of France, is blackmailed by a mysterious killer. To escape his threat, he is forced to reveal to his family the existence of his natural daughter, Esther. She is young and beautiful, and she is the target of an obsessive assassin determined to destroy the Saint Andrew clan. Aged 29, Esther gives up a promising future to defend her family and discover the killer's motive! With the help of Commissioner Antoine Keller, she deciphers the psychology of the serial killer, now nicknamed: the "Zodiac". Indeed, the assassin, lover of esotericism and astrology, sends his messages to Esther, accompanied by the drawing of a Zodiac ring. The texts, which announce his crimes, are inspired by the predictions of Nostradamus. The "Zodiac" chooses its victims according to their astrological sign. The fight between Good and Evil has only just begun ...
