Agatha Christie's Poirot is een Britse detectiveserie van de zender ITV1. De serie ging in première op 8 januari 1989.
Als de Duitsers in 1914 België binnenvallen krijgt de burgerbevolking het hard te verduren. Veel Belgische burgers vluchten naar het neutrale Nederland of naar Engeland. Een van hen is Hercule Poirot, een oud-politieman. Poirot wordt liefderijk opgevangen in Styles St. Mary in Engeland en ontwikkelt een affectie voor zijn nieuwe vaderland. Na de oorlog vestigt hij zich als privédetective in Londen, in een flat in Whitehaven Mansions. Hij werkt samen met de voormalige Britse legerofficier Captain Arthur Hastings en zijn secretaresse Miss Lemon. Als Hastings na een aantal jaren trouwt en emigreert naar Argentinië, trekt Poirot zich terug op het platteland. Hij blijft echter betrokken bij het oplossen van misdaden en na een tijdje keert hij terug naar Londen en Whitehaven Mansions. In plaats van Miss Lemon krijgt hij nu steun van George, zijn bediende.

I understand the question all too well. Of course I did that myself. However, I don't have the time to burn all DVDs. And I don't want to put my email address on this forum. If the three (and I really limit it to those three!!!) know a way to let me know their e-mail address, then I would like to upload and mail the DVD files to these three via WeTransfer. Then you can burn those files to a DVD yourself, or view the files on the computer.

Last night the documentary of David Suchet (Being Poirot) was shown on Belgian TV (one). I recorded this documentary, but unfortunately the broadcast didn't start until much later than stated. As a result, I now only have 20 minutes of the documentary available. Has anyone recorded the documentary in its entirety or is otherwise available (with Dutch subtitles)? Nynke, thank you for posting this. That's RARE. That as I understand the producer ITV does not make the rights available to DFW ! Then what has DFW done that ITV doesn't want this???? Especially since they were allowed to release season 4-12. Strange situation and a shame. Thank you for sharing this info!
