Altered Carbon is een Amerikaanse sciencefictionserie van Netflix. De serie ging in première op 2 februari 2018.
Altered Carbon is gebaseerd op het cyberpunk roman van Richard K. Morgan en speelt zich enkele honderden jaren in de toekomst af. Het menselijk bewustzijn kan gedownload worden in nieuwe lichamen en mensen kunnen daardoor - als ze genoeg geld hebben - bijna oneindig leven. In de serie volg je een ex-soldaat wiens bewustzijn gedownload wordt in het lichaam van een politieagent, die een samenzwering bloot moet leggen. We zien geen beelden van Kinnaman, maar wel van wat mogelijk de wereld is waarin de serie zich afspeelt. De serie kostte naar het schijnt zes tot zeven miljoen dollar per aflevering.

Don't understand why some people don't understand the story ... Just a matter of paying attention ... This is again 1 of the better Netflix Originals and I don't even like Sci-Fi: P

Nice series, but vague / thin storylines every now and then. This makes the series somewhat confused. The series would not be out of place with more elaboration of characters and dialogues.

Short summary: a detective series in the future. It was income for me and I still have the feeling that sometimes they just do futuristic shit because they can, not because it adds value to the story. All in all, well worth a look, but not a winner for me.

Wat een warrige verhaal lijnen in deze serie,pas in de laatste minuten ga je het een beetje begrijpen ik heb hem uitgekeken maar het was niet heel erg gied

Great series, beautifully made, story easy to follow, beautiful SF with very fascinating and original ideas about the future. The idea that not every technical progress also means humanitarian progress is nicely shown here. With a high 'Blade Runner' content but I find this series much more interesting. Beautiful characters who of course need the time to rise above their 'flat-character' level.

both seasons have a difficult start so you think why did I watch this again. but because I always want to understand and want to know everything I keep looking. and because of this I also know that both seasons end well. if you want to rate this series check it out in its entirety otherwise you cannot give this series them credits as it should be.

First episode, Liked it very much. It is a bit complicated, you are immediately thrown in, so you have to pay attention and remember what happens, otherwise very nice, well worth a try.

Dizi güzel fakat ben karakterler için bir şeyler izlerim. Bu dizinin ikinci sezonunu izlememeye karar verdim. Spoiler: Çünkü dizide bilinçler önemli, bedenler sadece araç. Bu da her oyuncunun çok normal bir şekilde değiştirilebileceğini gösteriyor. Bana göre değil.
