Between gaat over Wiley Day een zwanger tiener en dochter van een pastoor die woont in Pretty Lake. Pretty Lake is ook meteen de plek waar een mysterieuze ziekte ervoor zorgt dat iedereen boven de 22 het leven laat. Al gauw wordt er een quarantainezone opgezet en worden de inwoners van het stadje aan hun lot over gelaten.

Not bad. Well-directed pilot with good production values. You may wonder if they can end this in a satisfactory way and if they can keep this going over multiple episodes. It is not something very unknown, namely. We will see

The story certainly appeals to me, but the acting is mediocre. I also find it vague that the youngsters show few emotions / tears while they have all lost their parents to the virus.

What I don't like about this series is the acting. Precisely because all the people of this town are not older than 21, the acting is not. All stereotypes come along again, "the macho", "the emo who accidentally gets pregnant", "the negro who wants to do good (no offense of course)", "the always mother playing older sister" etcetera. For the time being, nothing at all has happened except for a quarantine, but there may be some more momentum in the series. Because of this he also pauses for a moment. I do hope that there will be a little more momentum and soon. Otherwise I will quickly leave this one out.

Seen 2 episodes now, I continue to bite, mediocre acting, predictable plots, so far I think it's a poor substitute for the 100 where only children have to make do for themselves, but everyone gets a chance this season, but things have to change before I look forward to Season 2.
