Have now seen 6 episodes but now think it will be a whole BLM and SJW series. Everything is the fault of the white man. And we are not even talking about the acting talents. Black Lightning is so not a super hero. He is only concerned with his own ego, does not listen to anyone and therefore almost kills his own daughter. Acted very stiffly looks like a robot. The series is not very fast.

Black lightning is a fantastic new series !! It's a lot like Luke Cage and the rawness of that series. But black lightning goes one step further by addressing today's problems. Such as discrimination by the police. The official soundtrack / theme of the series is also very strong. Named for the "Black LightningI" series and created by Godholly. Really good I !! Can only say 1 thing! Thank god for Black lightning !!!!

I enjoy the series myself, but what several people say is correct. It looks like a series written for white against black and the series does not shy away from highlighting every small negative point. Only when Anissa discovers her super powers does the series really get good. Before that it is all still a bit weak. In any case, I don't really understand why writers here already suppress the black man and write it pathetically, everything is the white man's fault. In some parts of the series this goes very far, as if the writer wants to tell something about his own life or something? nevertheless I watched seasons 1 and 2 (which is still running) on Netflix at a rapid pace.
