Black Snow is een Australische misdaadserie van de zender Stan. De serie ging in première op 1 januari 2023.
In 1995 wordt de dan 17 jaar oude Isabel Baker vermoord. De misdaad schokte het kleine stadje Ashford en verbijsterde de Australische Zuid zee eiland gemeenschap. De misdaad werd nooit opgelost, de moordenaar nooit gevonden. In 2020, wordt bij de opening van een tijd-capsule een geheim geopenbaard dat cold-case detective James Cormack op het spoor van de moordenaar zet.

Watched the first three episodes. A story that is told slowly. But that doesn't bother me, there's enough going on in each episode to keep watching. Unknown actors to me. But that doesn't matter either. No violence or over the top acting. Looks nice. What happened before? Who is acting? Who has an interest in what? And of course on the sidelines, the personal suffering of the detective himself.

Unexpected surprise. Good story. Nice atmosphere. Nicely told. Enjoyed this series. Continued....

Good series to watch, is a bit my style. Season 1 and 2, ends with a cliffhanger and now there is talk that there will be no 3rd season. I have to say that I really feel screwed if that season really does not come.
