Final season Bosch to air this summer, spin-off moves to IMDb TV

The seventh season of Bosch will release later this summer. The spin-off to the American detective series is heading to IMDb TV. Back in 2015, Bosch premiered at Amazon. Last February, the seventh season of the American detective series was announced. Next to that, it was also revealed that this was going to be the final season. Amazon Prime Video has now decided to reveal that the seventh season is going to premiere sometime later this summer. A specific date is not yet known.

Bosch revolves around LAPD-detective Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver, Sons of Anarchy). As Bosch tracks down killers, he will have to make difficult decisions between justice or vengeance.

Despite this being the final season of Bosch, it doesn't mean that it's going to end here. Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers (Two and a Half Men) and Madison Lintz (The Walking Dead) have signed a contract that will enable them to resume their roles in a yet to be named spin-off. Rogers portrays Honey Chandler and Lintz portrays Maddie Bosch.

The spin-off will be made available freely at IMDb TV and follows Bosch as he starts the next chapter of his life. He will have to work alongside successful lawyer Honey Chandler. With a deep and complicated history between the pair, they try and do everything to do the one thing they agree on: deal out justice.
