Bosch is a police series based on the Hieronymus Bosch book series by Michael Connely. The series follows a detective from the homicide department in Los Angeles. Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch (Titus Welliver) initially investigates a murder at a Hollywood pharmacy. He finds a wonderful ring that forces him to make risky maneuvers.
In the fourth season, Bosch finally brought his mother's killer to justice and he lost his former wife, Eleanor (Sarah Clarke), in a shocking way. In the fifth season he lived with his daughter Maddie (Madison Lintz).
At some point during 2020, Bosch's sixth season will appear on Amazon Prime Video. The exact date is not yet known. It has since been revealed that there will also be a seventh and final season. This will be based on Michael Connelly's novels The Concrete Blonde and The Burning Room. Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) and Jerry Edgar (Jamie Hector) will conduct two separate but dangerous investigations that will take them to the highest levels of crime. The final season follows serious crime and the dangers of drug trafficking.
