The British series, created by Emma Mora, was renewed the day after season one premiered. Extraordinary season two begins on Wednesday, March 6.
Julian Barrett, Rosa Robson and Kwaku Mills have been added to the cast for the second season.

Hulu revealed more about the series' return in the press release below.
"Season two picks up where season one spectacularly left off, and follows Jen (Máiréad Tyers) on her journey through powers as she signs up as a client at the strength clinic. Jen soon discovers that the process of finding her powers isn't as easy as she had hoped, and things don't go smoothly for the rest of her life either.
Ex-cat, now-boyfriend Jizzlord (Luke Rollason) has had an unexpected revelation about his past, and Kash (Bilal Hasna) and Carrie (Sofia Oxenham) are trying to be very mature and dignified about their breakup, which isn't easy when they still living under the same roof. It looks like Jen and the gang will face new levels of adulthood and chaos that none of them are prepared for.
The series stars Máiréad Tyers, Sofia Oxenham, Bilal Hasna and Luke Rollason. Siobhán McSweeney and Robbie Gee return in season two as Mary and Ian, Jen's mother and stepfather.
The new cast this season includes Julian Barrett as George, Jen's strength coach at the Discovery Clinic, Rosa Robson as Nora, an unexpected person from Jizzlord's past, Kwaku Mills as Clark, Carrie's new colleague; and Derek Jacobi, who will have a special cameo role.
Extraordinary is written by series creator Emma Moran and directed by Toby MacDonald and Jennifer Sheridan. It is produced by Sally Woodward Gentle and Lee Morris for Sid Gentle Films, the production company behind Killing Eve.
Charles Dawson, Johanna Devereaux and Emma Moran are also executive producers. Charlie Palmer is series producer with Abíólá Rufai-Awójídé as producer.
