Surprisingly nice series that only came to my attention after I, more or less accidentally, read a review by Dave from last year. That made me want to give this series a try. I haven't regretted that. It is a comedy without a laugh track or audience, but full of jokes that usually land well. Also with many jokes that are made so casually that you only realize them a little later. Brilliant. Hannah Einbinder does a great job as Ava, but the show is stolen by Jean Smart as Deborah Vance. I really laughed out loud at least once with every episode of season 1 (I'm going to start 2 now). And that doesn't happen to me that much. Highly recommended for people who like humor with an "edge" here and there.
