Holy Sh!t is a fresh and thought-provoking Flemish series that effortlessly distinguishes itself through its original tone and strong protagonist. We follow Yasmine, a young woman with Tourette syndrome, who struggles with her place in the world and the expectations of those around her. The series tells its story with sharp humor, genuine emotion, and a raw honesty rarely seen in television dramas. Without resorting to clichés or self-pity, the series shows how Yasmine navigates a complex mix of family, culture, and self-image.
A fun Flemish series, in which Yasmine plays a wonderful role. I agree with Peter Rotthier that the first season is fine, everything after that will be disappointing.
