There's some suspense, but not nearly enough for me. I think this series has a bit of a slow start. I expected much more from it than what I've seen so far. Hopefully, the tension will ramp up a bit in season 1.

Am now at Episode 11 of Season 5. What a letdown this season. I started by giving S1 a 9 but S5 is no more than a 5.5 as far as I am concerned.

S03 is significantly less than 1 and 2. Not an edge of your chair or anything, and less laughter. But definitely worth a look. Last two episodes it picked up a bit. Hope this season is a run-up to 4 ...

Nice series, but in my opinion a bit stolen from House of Lies, with Don Cheadle and Kirsten Bell, just like Kevin Spacey, also (ex?) blockbuster actors. That was there before (2012) and is practically the same in design, not only in the title... A spin doctor who 'steers' the whole thing, is the big man and talks to the camera/viewer... The environment is different (Rijkelui business versus Washington) and another difference is that House of Cards is a little more 'serious', less lighthearted. Apart from that, this series fascinated me, although it certainly helped that I watched the entire first season in one go, but that is the case with many series ;)

A beautiful series with very good actors. Especially Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Kate Mara play very convincingly.

Season 1 was fantastic, 2 was good and 3 a little less. I am very curious what season 4 will bring. It is now out, so that will be binging again next week ...
