i think this is the best of all master chefs. but now the question of why does an episode online last 1 hour and 28 minutes and on Dutch TV about only 50 minutes

I have never seen the episode on NL TV, but I suspect that they take the reactions of the candidates that are given in between and in the original broadcast you see the moments where there was probably advertising, a kind of recap of before the advertising. then pick up the thread again. And perhaps parts of the cooking itself will also be cut out. Master chef Australia was also the best for me until the last season. See my earlier response for this.

Enjoyed watching 8 seasons but the last season (9) was the last season for me. Winning the immunity ring was almost impossible because the jury (who had to judge blindly) immediately knew (whether or not beforehand) who had cooked what. And then the final 2017 ... The scores that were given did not match the comments and the presentation. One was clearly less but still got the same score !! This was the last season for me ...
