Moordvrouw is een Nederlandse actieserie van de zender RTL4. De serie ging in première op 20 januari 2012.
In Leeuwarden staat een team uiterst gemotiveerde en professionele politiemensen voortdurend onder hoogspanning om dreigende catastrofes het hoofd te bieden. Niet zozeer met deductie en ontspannen gepuzzel, maar met races tegen de klok.
Een talentvolle rechercheur, Fenna Kremer, raakt getraumatiseerd, maar gaat ogenschijnlijk hersteld acht maanden later weer aan het werk. Ze komt terecht op bureau Leeuwarden, waar zij haar nieuwe team tot wanhoop drijft: door haar solistische aanpak, haar intuïtie, haar volstrekt verwerpelijke methoden en vooral... door haar succes hiermee!

The longer I watch the series, the more fun it gets. And no one said this would be recorded truthfully, right? If you prefer to watch scandinavian police series, you should do that ;) I prefer to watch cops maastricht and murder woman on friday night ;)

Seasons 1 to 4 of Moordvrouw are very good and season 5 is going well. But the series has been less so since season 5. Seasons 6 and 7 were unnecessary and I also dropped out.

I watched the 2nd episode. And I have to say it doesn't show at all. The stories are so stolen , bad and pretty boring . What does Wendy van Dijk want in this series (understandable of course), there are no other actresses available? The Netherlands contains so much talent (unknown is refreshing as a leading role!). Other than that , the idea is well intentioned , it could really have turned out to be something . I just don't believe in it. (Sorry). What are the big ones doing there; Porgy , Renee and Thijs . These really do belong in better series. But this is their choice . I had faith in it, but what bothers me quite a bit is Weny van Dijk in this leading role (especially if you've just seen them in "De Voice") RTL go back to the repeat of Baantjer.
