A&E delves into the lives of individuals who suffer from chronic anxiety disorders in this documentary-style reality series. These people have agreed to seek help through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which puts the patient face to face with their fears. We follow these individuals through therapy and see what this aggressive form of therapy does for them in end.
