Netflix has released a trailer for their new American drama series Ratched, which has been created by Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story).Ratched revolves around Mildred Ratched (Sarah Paulson, American Crime Story). Her character originates from the book One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, which was written by Ken Kesey in 1962. It was already adapted into a movie with the same name as the book in 1975. The series follows her journey towards becoming a head nurse and complete monster. Down below, you can watch the trailer for Ratched.
Last month, Netflix announced the premiere date of Ratched. The series will release near the end of September. Netflix acquired the distribution rights three years ago and immediately decided to order two seasons of the series.
