In various countries, the American spy series The Americans will release on Disney+ soon. The series comes from FX. Starting from 2013 till 2018, The Americans was only available at FX. After the sixth season, the spy series was cancelled. In total, 75 episodes released. These are currently distributed by amazon Prime Video, but on the 18th of June, all seasons will also release on Disney+ in various countries.
The Americans takes place in 1980. A group of Soviet officers pretends to be American so that they can infiltrate into American politics. Lead characters are portrayed by Matthew Rhys (Perry Mason (2020)) and Keri Russell (Felicity).
