This is really well made, I immediately fell in love with the characters. Goosebumps too, at times. And Céline Sallette is great, what an actress! I am enjoying this French series immensely.

Gone are the days when you could claim to be the 'discoverer' of Suits, Breaking Bad, Homeland and House of Cards at the water cooler at work. Most of us have already watched them and if they haven't already, they have been on our to do list for a while. No, if you want to present yourself in front of your colleagues as the company's serial connoisseur, then you really have to tap into a different vessel. Micha Wertheim already explained in his show Voor Gevordeden how you can best approach this: these letters are red because this is a link that you can click on and you'll see what I mean. In order to 'survive' on the series front you will have to carelessly blast titles like Utopia, Romanzo Criminale, Rectify and therefore also Les Revenants over your employer's flexible workspaces. Make sure to add that they are certainly not for everyone, because they can be seen as the arthouse movies among the series. In Les Revenants a bus drives into the ravine. Handsome boy who survives that. So nobody. Ten years later, however, one of the deceased suddenly reappears in the lives of her next of kin and wants to pick things up as if nothing had ever happened. Yeah wait a minute, that just won't work. However, it turns out that she is not the only one who is not yet ready to leave our world for good. There is also a killer on the loose. What an incentive. Well, that's great. Les Revenants is not a spectacle and only suitable for people who are not in a hurry, read; slow. Yet it is a series that can captivate. Some people at least. I don't think this is my best sales pitch ever.
