Het verhaal draait om diverse jongeren uit de hele wereld die de volgende stap in menselijke evolutie representeren. Ze bezitten speciale krachten waaronder de mogelijkheid om te teleporteren en telepathisch met elkaar te communiceren. Samen proberen zij het kwaad te verslaan. Het verhaal is gebaseerd op de originele Britse serie gemaakt door Roger Price.

Found each episode more and more exciting towards the end... shame about that last twist in the story. Would have been a perfect ending! Too bad there's no season 2 coming. Thought the series got better and better.. and no more Robbie Amell! Phew what a nice thing!

x-on:mebo870: if you're watching the last episode and it's nearing the end, and you get the feeling it's pretty closed, stop the episode. Then you have as little open ending as possible =). Although I'm glad I did see everything. I'm really disappointed that it was canceled because it was a fun series and I was curious what would happen after the cliffhanger.

The Tomorrow People does not seem to make it beyond 1 season, last episodes achieved dramatic viewing figures and the chance is very small that the series will not be canceled in May. Just a few more episodes to go, so, and then this book is closed
