SkyShowtime has revealed the premiere date and first images for MobLand, the brand new mafia series from acclaimed director Guy Ritchie.



MobLand follows an influential Irish crime boss, played by Pierce Brosnan, as he fights to maintain his position of power within a global criminal network.

The series features an impressive cast, including Brosnan, Tom Hardy, Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Geoff Bell, Daniel Betts, Lisa Dwan, Emily Barber and Helen Mirren.



MobLand is produced in association with MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios and is distributed worldwide by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Executive producers include Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, David Glasser, Guy Ritchie, Jez Butterworth, Ronan Bennett, Kris Thykier, Ivan Atkinson, Tom Hardy, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin and Bob Yari.

MobLand is one of several streaming projects Ritchie is attached to, along with Netflix’s The Gentlemen — which has been renewed for a second season — and the upcoming series Young Sherlock on Prime Video.

MobLand will be streaming exclusively on SkyShowtime starting Monday, June 9. Watch the trailer below.
