Premiere date and trailer for Prime Video's second season of Invincible

At San Diego Comic-Con, Prime Video released the trailer for Invincible's second season. From The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman and based on the Skybound/Image comic of the same name by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, Invincible is an adult animated superhero series centered around 17-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun, Beef), who is just like any other boy his age - except his father is the most powerful superhero on Earth, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons, Night Sky). But as Mark develops his own powers, he discovers that his father's legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.



Prime Video is planning a Friday, November 3, rollout for the second season of the superhero saga Invincible. In addition to the second season, Prime also announced Invincible: Atom Eve, a standalone episode centered around the titular character, which premiered on Prime Video last Friday, July 21.

Invincible also stars Sandra Oh (Killing Eve), Seth Rogen (Platonic), Gillian Jacobs (Community), Andrew Rannells (Black Monday), Zazie Beetz (Full Circle (2023)), Mark Hamill (The Mandalorian), Walton Goggins (Justified), Jason Mantzoukas (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Zachary Quinto (American Horror Story), Mahershala Ali (House of Cards (2013)), Melise (The Shann) ara Chronicles), Kevin Michael Richardson (The Simpsons), Gray Griffin (Star Trek: Prodigy), and Khary Payton (The Walking Dead).

Invincible is produced by Skybound and executive produced by Kirkman, Simon Racioppa, David Alpert (The Walking Dead, Fear The Walking Dead), Catherine Winder (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) with supervising director Jeff Allen (Avengers Assemble (2013)) and Linda Lamontagne as casting director. Invincible, Kirkman's second longest comic book series, ended in February 2018 after fifteen years.
