Mayans MC (2018)

The first two episodes do not do it wrong as far as I am concerned. Personally I think there is a clear difference in this series, if you compare it with SOA, after all they are Mexicans / half Mexicans, who are in the the border area between America and Mexico seems more than logical to me, and I can already see the positive similarities with SOA, there is certainly no lack of violence ... that the Mexicans do not yet convey that real Hell's Angel feeling, think I'm still not too bad. With certainly curious about how soon the main character will continue to cooperate with the DEA ... sooner or later, a "Bomb" will burst somewhere, after which the real action will begin. "Los Olvidados" are certainly going for it cause the necessary problems.

A few years ago I watched SOA, bought the series because I thought it was so great and gave it a '10' as one of my 7 favorite series.
It makes sense that I was looking forward to Mayans, but the series couldn't captivate me and I stopped watching after 3 episodes.
This year I sat down to watch it and halfway through season 1 it started to get more and more interesting, I'm now halfway through season 4 and can't put it down.
