Person of Interest is een Amerikaanse misdaadserie van de zender CBS. De serie ging in première op 22 september 2011.
Een miljardair-softwaregenie genaamd Harold Finch creëert een machine voor de overheid die is ontworpen om terreurdaden te detecteren voordat ze kunnen plaatsvinden, door de hele wereld te bewaken via elke mobiele telefoon, e-mail en bewakingscamera. For a series that airs on a Thursday it is still okay. For a CBS series in general, they had the viewing figures on the lower side, but then you compare the series with NCIS, Criminal Minds, etc. People prefer to see a series where each episode is separate from each other. Don't forget that Person of Interest is from WB, so there is a possibility that the series will continue on another series if it is canceled by CBS.

I don't know why I'm addicted to "Person of Interest", but that's usually how it goes with addiction, right? They are emotional. Everything is just right in this series. The actors have grown into their characters, the atmosphere is cool and the camera work is perfect. It just works. Reese is like Clint Eastwood in his best days, Shaw is hot as hell and Finch is a genius. Carter and Fusco are the best side characters out there. Well, maybe with the exception of Boyd, in "Justified"... Hopefully there will be many many more seasons to come!
