The Following is een Amerikaanse dramaserie van de zender Fox. De serie ging op 21 januari 2013 in première.
De beruchte seriemoordenaar Joe Carroll is ontsnapt uit de gevangenis en begint aan een nieuwe moorden, de FBI roept agent Ryan Hardy op om de zaak op te lossen. Hardy was verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen van Carroll negen jaar geleden. Hardy kent hem beter dan wie dan ook. Maar de Ryan Hardy die Carroll oppakte jaren geleden is niet dezelfde man als vandaag. Hij is zowel fysiek als mentaal veranderd door het vorige nastreven van deze seriemoordenaar.

Ditto .... I think I keep hoping that it has to get better somewhere, because it can't get any worse! Had this 6 years ago with TWD and see ..., not only has it gotten a lot better, but I also like it.

Yet another incredible and silly series in which even the acting talents of a few cannot take the series to a higher level. Waste of talent and money. The storyline is constructed in such a way that actually random citizens could have performed the role of FBI and their stupid actions and then even with a better outcome. The FBI, with their highly trained agents, who blunder every time, do not take security measures where necessary, but send 1 or 2 agents to a location / situation that is considered very dangerous, criminals can walk in everywhere and agents who cannot calculate a simple calculation like 1 and 1 equals 2 ??? Logical that there will no longer be a fourth season, but surprising that a third season has been achieved! The acting performance of Kevin Bacon is really noticeably deteriorating. It just gets worse and more incredible every season. What a shit series. The longer I watch it, the more I sympathize with the bad guys and hate the clumsy law enforcement officers with their corrupt practices.

Lol this is a series rip off of the movie Copycat with Sigourney Weaver or something. You could put the exact same description on that movie, I think it's there too. Only then is it a new person who copies the murders. Sigourney has also been completely changed by the previous murders. Psychotic, fear of leaving home etc. hmmmzz let's have a look but then
